RELUCTANT CRITICISM
Written on Saturday 22nd April 2023
Writing the inspired words that are deemed to be from my spirit connect can carry with it a belief that everything the speaker says to me must be the truth. Therefore the words must be factual, accurate and with a purpose of educating me/us. That’s what I thought, until recently at least!
But the speakers are often just ordinary folks now living in their world and wanting to communicate with this one, through my connection. It’s apparent that we don’t suddenly become the all-knowing and all-seeing oracles just because we move across to another dimension.
We retain our personalities and our knowledge that we acquired on the earth plane when we lived here. We carry the same opinions and often the same beliefs, although of course we now know that there is another world after this one.
So when we hear the words of spirit, whether through standard mediumship, inspired-writing, or through a deep trance connection, we should still remain intelligent and use common sense when listening to what is being shared. Not everything is ‘gospel’ if you excuse my expression.
This fifth writing from the Lanzarote sessions is one such example where the speaker is probably inaccurate with some of the facts. This does not mean that the overall message is not worthy, merely that the facts used to substantiate the claim are, in my opinion, a little sketchy!
Also worth adding to the mix is the depth of my connection at the time of writing. How clear was I at internally hearing what was being shared? How much interpretation did I have to add to the flow of words?
When you read this session, keep an open mind and remember that the speaker is a spirit that once lived this side. We don’t know how educated they were. All we know for certain is their love and passion for connecting with us is a wonder to admire.
