LET’S TALK ENGLISH!
It’s the only language I understand! A reader recently noticed that one of the sessions that I thought was poorly written/spoken actually read like it was from someone from another country with a different language. The reader recognised a few phrases that would have been used by that speaker’s natural tongue, even it it was not good in English.
That observation made by a reader opened my mind to new possibilities. Think about it, I’m quite capable of stringing decent sentences together. I’m doing that right now and without a script. So does my mind get distracted so much when I’m in the power and writing that I can write nonsensical sentences? Or could it be simpler than that? Could it just be that the speaker has a different natural language other than English?
In today’s session, you’ll notice many grammatical errors. A couple of examples I’ve had to amend during the transcribing because without the adjustments the sentences are muddled too much to make sense. You can always view the original notes (attached to every edition) and see the minor changes.
Here’s something else for you to think about. Animals in the wild don’t have a structured language as vast as we have. Yet the mothers of cubs can teach them how to hunt without a word being spoken. Instinctively the cubs also know to hide when mum and dad are hunting. How do they know without a language?
I know that I’m technically wrong in those statements. Of course, they have a language as such, but not one that is rich in communication. Merely enough for the purpose required.
Anyway, I’m digressing somewhat! When you read this session, keep in your mind that there is a chance that this speaker was of a different tongue than English when they were this side of life.
By the way, some entire sentences have had to be amended for the audio version.
