REPETITION HELPS SPIRIT
This is only my opinion, but I strongly believe that repetition is key to progression within my spiritual unfoldment. I also believe that the spirit team working with me finds it useful, though I have no evidence to support such a claim.
There is another ingredient that must be applied when repetitive actions are being used. That ingredient is in leaving room for modifications for improvement.
From my practice, I have learned routines for most of my work with the spirit world. For example, when I use my tarot cards, I have a routine I follow. When I write my spirit-inspired writing, I have a routine I follow. When I connect to the spirit world, I have a routine I follow. When I create these published articles, I have a routine I follow. You get the picture!
Routines allow me to spend less time making sure all the logistics are in place and more on the purpose of the routine. In some respects, I guess it’s a bit of OCD in me. I just like being organised and stacking the odds with whatever it is I intend to do.
Sharing my specific routines would only serve to give you ideas for yourself, and would probably bore you, which is not the point of this article. But perhaps ask yourself, what are your routines? What is your routine for connecting to the spirit world for communication? What is your routine for sitting in the power? What is your routine for taking time to read? Of course, there are many more similar tasks that you might choose to have a routine for.
Have you ever thought of writing down what your routines are in your spiritual journal? If you haven’t yet created any, now’s the perfect opportunity. But don’t forget that extra ingredient - be prepared to modify the routine for improvement purposes.
