I am sorry to hear you beat yourself up mentally, but you are not on your own, so many Mediums do this, even if the Evidence was Spot On for most of the reading, if there was something not quite right it is held on to! I like the comment from Spirit to stop asking questions and to just let it flow and build up the energy, this does seem to help I feel. Well done for sticking with it. I don't think personally that you should be nearly falling asleep to get the best connections, they can do so in the daytime too, if the energy builds it builds in my humble opinion. The main reason for writing at this time of day is because of my daily schedule. My time with Spirit comes at the end of a working day when I sit for healing for Jane. This is also when I find time to read. I am already sitting at alternative times as part of this ongoing experiment, but those results have not yet filtered into these posts.
