Did the exercise, Trevor. My chosen communicator referred me to another friend in spirit. He commented on my spiritual journey and how I should proceed. Then when I read the rest of your article, what he said linked in perfectly, particularly regarding progress being success. I think that is one of the great things about your writings they always strike a chord and answer questions that I have. Great job, Trevor
